Delivery

Shipping Offer:
If your order is $45 CAD or more, shipping is offered across Canada.


Orders under $45 CAD:

Zone 1 - Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec & Saskatchewan

Delivery - $7.99 CAD

Zone 2 - Yukon, Nunavut, North West Territories

Delivery - $10.99 CAD



Orders placed before 11 a.m. EST are typically dispatched within 1 business day. When an order includes multiple items, each may be dispatched separately.



Your shipping time is calculated from the date your order is dispatched. Please allow an extra business day for processing.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
We strive to ensure all orders arrive within the estimated timeframe; however, shipping times may vary once your package has left our facility.



If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, please follow these steps:

Verify that your delivery address was entered correctly and contact us if you notice any errors.

Review the delivery timeframe. If the estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional 24 hours for your parcel to arrive.

Check with your neighbours in case they have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your order, please contact us through our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.

No, we do not ship internationnally.

We’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been dispatched. If you need to make any changes after placing your order, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible, and our support team will gladly assist you where possible.

Returns

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of reception. As part of our return policy, we are happy to accept returns with no questions asked, as long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging.

We cannot accept or approve returns for items that are:

  • Not in their original packaging
  • Damaged or missing parts for reasons not related to our error
  • Returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Missing proof of purchase

We cannot guarantee partial refunds or exchanges for bundles. You may be required to return the entire bundle to receive a refund. In accordance with our returns policy, all items within the bundle must be in their original condition and packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, our team will process your refund within one week. You will receive a notification once the refund has been issued, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

We’re happy to replace any faulty or defective items purchased directly from our website.

If you would like to exchange your product for the same item, please complete our contact form, including your order number and the reason for the exchange, to begin the process.

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to appear after it has been processed by our team (typically within 30 days of your refund notification).

If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our support team through the contact form. We’ll be very happy to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Neck Pillow

Our pillow is thoughtfully designed for comfort and care, made from hypoallergenic materials that are gentle on sensitive skin and safe for allergy sufferers.
It combines a smooth, breathable cotton cover with premium memory foam that molds to the shape of your neck, ensuring balanced support and a restful night’s sleep.


To keep your pillow fresh and in perfect condition, start by unzipping and carefully removing the cover. Take out the memory foam insert before washing. The cover can be safely cleaned in the washing machine using a gentle cycle.

For the memory foam, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth or mild wipes to remove any dirt or stains. Allow it to air dry completely in a cool, shaded area. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or using a dryer, as heat can damage the foam’s structure and comfort.

Once the foam is fully dry, slip it back into the clean cover — your pillow is now refreshed and ready to accompany you on your next journey!

Some customers have mentioned that the Velcro doesn’t stick properly.

This is because we add a protective cover over the Velcro to keep it clean and free from dust during shipping.

Once your product arrives, simply remove the protective cover and the Velcro will stick perfectly.

Sleeping Mask

Our sleeping mask is made of cotton and and spandex, with pure cotton padding inside. The natural, breathable fabric feels soft and cool on the skin, helping to reduce facial tension and allowing you to fall asleep quickly and comfortably.

Hand wash gently in lukewarm water using a mild detergent. After washing, let it air dry completely by laying it flat or hanging it. Avoid wringing or using heat to preserve its shape and softness.
